1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Whisk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Aegis Logic.
⚠️ Product Disclaimer
Whisk is an assistant tool for culinary recipes. We do not verify recipe contents, nutritional values, allergen warnings, or cooking temperatures. You are solely responsible for food preparation safety, sanitization, and dietary restrictions.
2. License Grant
Aegis Logic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Whisk on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to Whisk (including but not limited to any source code, designs, graphics, user interface layouts, and algorithms) are owned by Aegis Logic. The application is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.
4. User Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application.
- Distribute, rent, sub-license, lease, or lend the application to any third party.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of Aegis Logic.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aegis Logic or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of device data, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
